Your cosplay's are pretty awesome here. You make a very good Peach! I have a goal to do Daisy sometime. I see you do resin work too. Teach me? lol You should do a tutorial on some gems or something sometime. That would be awesome. Maybe I'll make you a mug or something in return.

the resin thing I'm pretty new to. You can buy or make molds (with the right materials) My initial resin casting I used soap molds, which wasn't a very good idea. But, if you have something the right shape and size (of if you want to make something out of oven bake clay) then you can make your own mold with Easy Cast mold putty (which you can buy online or at most craft stores). The steps are pretty simple. You can buy easy cast resin kits...the resin doesn't smell as bad as the stuff in the large tubs)

Can you just get these kits at the local hobby store or Joann's or something? or do I need to hit up Home Depot? Cause I haven't been able to find them.

well...Hobby Lobby and Michaels should carry them, but you'll have to ask where they keep their Resin Casting supplies. I don't think Joann's carries it, though.

If you don't mind me asking, for your Marin dress, how did you do the pattern on the sleeves and the bottom of the dress?

well, I used bias tape. I pinned and then sewed it in place. However, if I were to do it now I would draw out a pattern on Heat'n Bond, then cut it, iron it onto the yellow fabric, then cut it out again, then iron it in place on top of the blue fabric. (I hope that makes sense...I've been planning to make a new version of my Marin dress, actually.)
