thanks man for all the comments...as far as the wood on the strat, i would love to redo the fretboard but i dont have a good maple or rosewood material. So im stuck with my homemade stuff.

yes ,it's quite hard to find a good wood material, i have to test lot of colour to find the good one but i am not happy yet
