Hi there,

It's about a guy working in a transportation business who flirts a lot with his best friend. His best friend wants to become more than friends but before he can ask the question. The protagonist is involved in an incident and the transport technology seemingly kills him.

Three thousand years earlier he appears in a battlefield still wearing a safety suit that looks like shimmering gold. They take him for the god Apollo and he can't understand anything they say.

But he meets a local potter one day and they are brought together almost magnetically and lust then love blossoms.

But the war wasn't over, just postponed by his arrival and the nasty guy is still bent on power.

There is no way home and there are a few indications of a third party's actions through out the story in the form of a little girl, but that isn't made clearer until the second book that is still being proofed.

yeah a lot of them are really old files. some of the owners dont even update their DA accounts any more :/ just have to wait it out and maybe try again.
