# About me
"Men spend their lives in anticipations,βin determining to be vastly happy at some period when they have time. But the present time has one advantage over every otherβit is our own. Past opportunities are gone, future have not come. We may lay in a stock of pleasures, as we would lay in a stock of wine; but if we defer the tasting of them too long, we shall find that both are soured by age."# Comments

The leavey gods bless your despondent soul for the deviant watch. I too am enthralled by your photographs of life, the former made to look more real than the wicked latter.

Rosario Dawson was an AMANZING Mimi (she was the one in the movie) and I've seen two stage versions where the Mimi isn't nearly as fierce.
The boy is good. We're hitting our one year on the 14th this month and I totally can't eblieve it's been a year. Still in love and still going up to Seattle together in the fall As for school.....so boring. I just don't bother going to class and instead do independent study from the comfort of my bed. Get the same grade for it, just don't see the point in hanging with annoying people. Yourself?

We're hitting our 5 month mark the 7th =] so it's really good here. Classes are... stressful haha I'm taking 19 hours this semester. and playing in 3 ensembles and taking 2 private lessons. So needless to say i'm swamped in work so i don't get to see my boy that much. I'm actually supposed to be studying but it's snowing really hard so i don't think classes are going to happen haha =]

*sniff* I miss the snow so much. All we get is rain and mush here...with the occasional spaz blizzard mid april. West coast is weird.

haha, well to be honest I first got to know him when one of my good friends got a crush on him I was going to play matchmaker but in the process fell for him pretty hard and fortunately he didn't like her so her crush faded. Our 9 months is next Friday. He's going for a music major too with a theater minor. Tall (which means I get to wear heels! Whee) incredibly adorable and smart (so much it makes me feel like a fool but he says my blonde moments are entertaining...there are lots of them) and very good to me and guess which instrument he plays? Go on, guess...yup. Clarinet. Did marching band too I used to mock people like you guys but they're really sickly awesome. I'm 6 months older than him though so that makes me a cougar again...I can't remember when I dated a guy older than me...I love him so much it kills me cause I'm the one who swore to avoid serious relationships since they doom life. Guess I'm a hypocrite. Tell me about your boyo though, I'm curious.

haha well I met him when I was actually in my crushed dorm room. lol I didn't really think anything about him but then we started seeing eachother more when we hung out with our friends. Ate lunch together and we started taking late night walks just talking about random stuff. I thought he was just being friendly but one night he was walking me back to my dorm and he said "may I" and I asked what and he kissed my hand and walked away. Well I was really confused at this point and I went and woke my room mate what it meant...and a week later he asked me out lol. It's only been about 2 months but I feel like i've known him forever. He's a music education major and he plays Saxaphone. It's actually good because i've switched my major to Youth Ministry so we're not competing or anything. He's half dominican, he's 20, a sophmore, and he's pretty much the most amazing guy ever!
And not to sound cheesey or anything but he's really helped me with my faith and I love my new life I guess you could call it. lol
So yeah sounds like we both found amazing boys <3

Wow! Now that's a big change in major, proud of you jessie-san! And he sure sounds like a sweet-heart! The 'may I' incident just makes go aw so loud. The boyfriend and I hit our 9-month mark yesterday and it was my turn to plan (I plan the odd months and he plans the evens) and I dragged him out to the mountain to watch the sunrise and then later on we went out to the park where we chilled at our favorite spot in the city, right under a tree taking in the beauty that is fall. Two blankets and giant slurpies with the one you love makes for a wonderful afternoon. A fun dinner out and a long night in wrapped it up nice If you gots a myspace add me already!

lol i deleted my myspace a long time ago. I stick with Facebook, it's safer and way easier to keep in touch with people. =] 9 month wow. But that sounds like an amazing time haha we haven't gone off campus for a date yet but he says we will sometime. But it's okay since I know that he's really busy and so am I, it's just nice to be with him in general.
oh and his family is amazing!! lol he has 3 other brothers and they are hillarious and his mom and dad are so nice.

We joke about the 9 month thing saying like 'Geeze Sparky probably had a kid or two by now' (sparky = massive whore and the only person I truly hate in this world) mean but likely true. Glad to hear the family is nice. Mine's is too but his mum is kind of scary with a superiority-complex. She's a professional romance novel writer and his dad's like a CEO with Harry & David so along with what wonderful people they are they're very well off. His little sister idolizes me too but his cats make me sneeze so bad
