You can order practice skin from certain tattoo supply companies that sell it, and no, portraits are not printed on it. Each portrait I did was as if it was an actual tattoo, which meant I created a drawing of it [complete with shading for reference] in pencil, and created a line drawing off of it in order to stencil it on [like you would with real skin/tattoo].

lol awesome! yeah i'd totally help, I have a whole bunch of lowbie alts, highest is lvl 28 Tauren druid, but i'm lvling her with a guildie, but if you have something else lower than that I'll totally group up with you =] I think my priest is lvl 17.
