Zdravo, I am a former member of Yugoslavia, and before that, a former member of the Ottoman Empire.I consider Ivan Braginsky, Russia, to be one of my dearest friends... I wish I knew whether he thought the same of me.
Headcanons (can it be Headcanon if it's an OC?)
-Larisa is polite at first, but she has a bit of a superiority complex. If you insult her, she doesn't get angry, she gets 'high and mighty.' It takes quite a while for her to get off her high horse and come back down to earth.
-She was an on-again, off-again girlfriend of Sadik Adnan when she was part of the Ottoman Empire, but has been a long-time friend of Ivan's.
-She is friendly with Francis, and doesn't mind terribly when he flirts with her... She likes the attention. ^-^ *coughattentionwhorethatsheiscoughcough*
-She does NOT like being ignored, but hates awkward silences.

Vulgaria looked off to the side, as if waiting for someone else to tell him what to say. He wasn't very good at being polite, so he had only planned so far. "Uhm..." He stammered, fidgeting uncomfortably.

A light flush spread across Sebastian's face & his eyes widened. Ordinarily, he'd pull away from such condescending treatment. But he was tired from playing all day, so he simply smiled as best he could up at the taller nation.
