I don't see why she would be so against doing dishonorable things~ I mean, the Mafia has done a lot of dishonorable things, so since she's a member of the Mafia, she wouldn't be so against it... And she'd have too do dishonorable things for the family.

And since she's so close to Southern Italy, not Northern, wouldn't she be more like Romano?

She also wouldn't neccesarily hate annoying people because Veneziano could count as annoying, and so could Spain sometimes...

that's because of her history. and by dishonorable it refers to mafia tradition and beliefs and omerta. she wont do any to dishonor her familia. and she considers the mafia her family. and she was actually dominated many times by many countries.. like Greece, Sweden, Rome, Germany, France, and many others. so she has a mix of Everyone in her in a sense. shes even been concoured by Spain. whom she has a crush on lolz....

But then Spain, Greece, Rome, Germany, Sweden and France-- All the people who dominated her would be related too her as much as the Italy brothers are. Going by who she's conquered by, doesn't give you the right. If anything, she'd dislike them for taking over HER country.

And for her likes, add things in her culture.
Such as... Grilled Swordfish, which is popular in Sicilian culture.
Or Arancini, which is a small snack like dish that is very popular and famous in Sicily.
Or the Teatro Massimo which is the largest opera house in Italy and the third largest in all of Europe, so make her like opera.

Her history isn't all like that, there are several different things other than that, that would go against her personality.

Actually, it kind of does have too effect a OC.
It effects a fanon character, and OC's are supposed too represent a country. So the history had too effect them. OC just means original character! But if you're making them a country, then they hav too represent that country in all aspects!

I KNOW. But even so. EVEN Cities have history. There shouldn't really be any city OC's, because the city is part of a country. The one who represents that country, represents that city and all other cities that are or were once inside of their country.
