maybe a red polka spot bandanna if u have ae. leather belt with big buckle and oneof those white light shirts with the slightly frillyness to it. like shakespeare lol leather buckled boots could help and dark pants and maybe three quarter length pants would do it. Stop shaving. unless ur beard grows really slow in which case, get a fae one. fake pirate hook could helpif ur going really 'animated'. dont overdo it with a patch or a peg leg, thats retaaarrrrd. i think thats it unless u have a toy parrot and tape it to ur shoulder hehehehe is that good enough???
