# About me

I am a veterinary student, so this is my outlet when I need to escape real science and stuff.

I draw for fun. It relaxes me. I'm not creative in the way that I can just think something up and draw it. I'm working on that. I need to learn how to let go of the analytic part of my brain. When I am coloring with my 4 year old nieces, I should be able to color the sky green and the grass blue or rainbow or WHATEVER! As it stands, I cannot do this. The sky MUST be blue and the grass MUST be green. I can't help it but I am hoping that with drawing everyday, I will be able to let that go. :) I am good at looking at things and then drawing it so that is what I do.

Also, to relax, I write some fanfiction. I'm new to this fanfic writing stuff so bear with me, but I am finding that it is very addictive to both read and write. I tend to use song lyrics for titles even if they aren't songfics. It is usually because that was the song I was listening to when I thought of it and it seemed to fit. In almost every song I think of something to write and my brain sort of explodes trying to process the ideas. I haven't been at it too long but you can find my stuff on livejournal or fanfiction.net (links below). I may post them here too. Who knows? They are mostly yaoi/slash (dontknowwhyIlikethisbutIdoohwell) but other pairings too.

I love reading books, watching anime and movies. I also enjoy the outdoors and animals (of course). My cat's name is Tonks and my dog is Nymeria. ;) Nerdy, I know.
