life has been really up and down, like usual! my RSI got really bad for a while, and now I'm trying to strengthen it again. it's such a drag trying to draw for long periods of time like i used to and finding out i CANT do that anymore! so its like, why even bother drawing /:

AAAH THANK YOU half the reason i didnt return for so long is because i was anxious of having taken a ZILLION years to respond to things!

yeah, its torturous. my wrist isn't quite bad enough that i need surgery, but i do have to massage pressure points and do stretches every other hour, take anti inflammatories/painkillers fairly regularly AND take a break every like, half hour when drawing. its GOD AWFUL and i do Not recommend!!!

YESSS i've only been in one other wedding and i have so much more responsibility this time OTL all i had to do was show up pretty and walk down the isle as a bridesmaid but for this one, i'm the phorographer, the cake-maker, makeup, and hair-doer. thankfully i only have to do the brides and my own hair and makeup since she doesn't have any bridesmaids lmao

IDK WHAT KIND OF CHICKENS YET but i'm thinking probably orpington, barred rock, and easter eggers would be good. i'm probs gonna get between 3-5? i'm starting them as little baby chicks, cuz the last chickens we had we got as adults and they were dicks lmao

ahaha yeah sometimes im like "nooo i cant go back i dont have TIME to sit down and respond" when really i just mean "im too SCARED TO RESPOND"

not really D> i believe stretches and exercising it, and stopping when it hurts, will strengthen the muscles back up. i really hope it does, because otherwise im definitely screwed. so right now i'm just drawing like, an hour max a day and hoping it builds up my wrist muscles!

oh my gosh, im so glad ive never been in a wedding o__O that sounds like a MESS of responsibility. but at least theres not a party of bridesmaids!

ME TOO, I do wear a wrist brace when sleeping at night, but its hard to wear it while drawing XD sometimes i wear it when im going about normal activities too

It is! and I think my wrist is getting stronger, I'm no in incredible aching pain after drawing for an hour anymore, so soon I'm hoping to increase the time I can draw to like, an hour and a half before stopping!!!!
