I am aware.
Although I think a fair amount about Frost Lord in particular (I like him as a character, and I think he has lots of potential), It's hard to draw him or the rest of the cast. I've got a lot going on at school and trying to get a summer job, so it's hard to sit down and crank out writing. Part of the problem (for me) is that almost everything in it either involves realistic, normal-looking (not scary) humans or extravagant magic spells and effects (which I lack the supplies and skill for), so there's very little I can do for it atm. Like I said, it's always in the back of my mind, but I'm in no rush to do more physical stuff for it.
I know it's not the answer you wanted, but I'm having a rough time right now (the job I was applying to rejected me without warning right before training for it started, and I'm swamped with work) and I can't think of much new material for it.

What do you mean, "trying to talk about it?"
The whole thing is still very much conceptual, as I tend to lose track of things if I make them up as I go along. This time, I'm just trying to have the whole thing planned before I jump into making it.
Plus, I suck at drawing backgrounds, legs, faces, hair, hands, big scenes, shadows, etc... so it seems like a bad choice to start it now, as I won't be able to do the best it could be.

Well, who's the main protagonist?

I'm struggling to decide between Anna and a currently unnamed prince. The prince is technically the rightful heir to the kingdom, but his family was slaughtered by Frost Lord when he was an infant. He was raised in the sun empire (a hyper-religious militaristic society that worships the sun god; They champion defending the weak, although are notably somewhat xenophobic and have zero tolerance for other religions) with no knowledge of his ancestry, although his family has a distinctive golden hair and silver eyes that make his recognizable. He had no interest in claiming his birthright until Frost Lord's intention of taking over the world and creating a society without choice or freedom. As of now, the sun empire is the last empire that is not controlled by Frost Lord, and even it is only holding out in a few citadels. The prince now seeks to defeat the Frost Lord - not for claiming power for himself, but because he is one of the few that can. Frost Lord wants him dead, as he poses a legal threat to his control. He sends his best hunters to track down and kill the Prince. He and Anna are working together to bring down the Kingdom of Frost.

25 for Anna, 26 for the prince. Frost Lord has been soul-dead for that long.

Now can you tell me a little about the setting?

It's a large, sweeping world on a single continent. In the north, there is an area of bitter cold that Frost Lord was exiled to and gained his powers from. Near it is the seat of his power - a low-lying region with farmland and generally chilly weather. To the south lies varying regions with mountains, fields, and more. The sun empire is found in a desert area - similar to the grand canyon - but their central city is connected to a river flowing from a snow-covered mountain. There are also an area of grassy plains where roving bands of bandits have power.

And their culture and religion?

There are multiple gods, and different cultures pay homage to different ones. The sun empire, for example, worships the sun god: they seek to defend the weakΒ and conquer the land in the name of their god. They also wear full body armor and cloth in battle, so that the sun can never shine on weakness. They, along with most cultures, have total equality between men and women, and women regularly serve in the military. Frost Lord actually carries the power of the soul of winter, often worshiped as an evil god, and so he is utterly disillusioned with the concept of gods. He sees religion as only creating disharmony, and so he has no tolerance for it. He offered the sun empire to allow them to keep their religion, so long as they submitted without resistance. When they refused, he made it clear that he would eliminate their worship entirely.
