Amazing, isn't it? I say it's a drawing. Art is art, even if you think the subject matter is offensive. I am offended by "cartoons" graphically showing women getting beaten or raped. Tentacle porn. The works. Yet THOSE are legal, because they fall under "Freedom of Speech". That's what I believe in. What about people who raise their daughters so they are dressing like sluts by the time they are 11 years old? Smoking cigarettes, getting pregnant? Kids who are beaten and starved, sexually abused. People who make REAL child porn. THOSE are all things you should REALLY worry about, not a bunch of creeps making borderline drawings on the internet. If it matters that much to you, go and actually DO something about it, don't just bitch!
