Ah! Thats good. Most people look at Hiragana/Katakana and assume its some arabic writing. I've learned a lot of Kanji in my day as well. I know about 2,300 characters. Lol.

I won't be learning Kanji anytime soon, I have to learn Katakana next semester and then after that...I'm not so sure what I learn... :S

Yeah... And thats considered "barely" literate. But Like in English... I know how to spell thousands upon thousands of words. Kinda like that... ya know. Remembering stroke orders is harder than expected. Second languages bite... especially learing to write in them.

Yeah, I start learning Kanji in the third course or something like that...I hate trying to remember the order of everything but I always get 100% on it so I think I'm doing well...

I'm actually learning sentence structure now and I can see a big fat F because the quiz looks hard
