if youre nervous, i would suggest just meditating or doing whatever makes you comfortable before the flight takes off.. i usually worry about turbulence, so i take motion sickness aids before i leave.. other than that, just enjoy the ride! the views are always so beautiful.
and when the plane is lifting off and landing, dont worry!! everything that happens is just normal and what might seem bumpy is just smooth!

you should stay hydrated and well fed before getting on the plane. and, if you can, bring gum to chew while the plane is taking off! it lowers the pressure in your ears!
