I ALWAYS claim in all my deviations that I do not own the material I use (unless I do), and I warm what they represent and what I did to the original image. If you see around, several people use material that are not theirs, but at least they declare its not their material (characters, places, logos, etc). But from now on, I will also try to put references to the original image.
