well before I got adobe animate I would draw the frames in my regular drawing program, save every single one as a PNG and import those into movie maker.vc´90 <- my cat typed that
Then you can make the pictures last for just fractions of a second, which is why movie maker works for animation ^-^
I often use gifmaker.me to check if my animation looks good before
