Thanks!! and I did, but I used the base from the deviant Kawaii Hannah [link] she had a website, but I don't know if it is still up. Best to check her page as she gave some great tutorials(which is how I learnt to make the mouth move)

Oh a pixel art..wow no I don't think I would commision that. Mine I was just playing around with paint and came up with it. There are a lot of other people who actually know how to do that and there price is reasonable. So I would suggest going and looking into them.
