I've seriously gotten no response from you in a private message on both etsy AND dA so I'm deeply sorry I'm bringing this in such an open manner but I have little to no choice...
I would LOVE a refund on the hooves I ordered back on August 5th... I accepted the fact that you had to order items but this is getting ridiculous! I've noticed you've sent a pair to ANOTHER buyer back in November so where are mine? I understand they take time, but seriously? Just about 7 months?
If this was 50$, I couldn't honestly care less but we are talking about over 200$. You've recently refunded another costumer as well... So I do know you check your etsy from time to time so you must've seen my message. This is my final and last message. I will take it to paypal if this isn't resolved within the month. I've been extremely patient. I've politely asked for an update the first time and you have been extremely nice in the message. I had messaged you again with no response...

I'm having the exact same problem my friend. I ordered some Impala Horns for $80 VIA her Kickstarter because I loved her talent and wanted to help her start a business. That was May 24th and I haven't heard a word from her since April when she said she was shipping them that week. It's an absolute disgrace and a fucking insult to the people that put money towards her future.Β
I couldn't have less faith in humanity than I do right now.

I also contributed $50 to the horns campaign and $75 for her mer-tail raffle. There are those in the mermaiding community who have contributed $1500 for tails and like me, not recived a penny back from her or the promised items.
She replied to me at the beginning of the year saying she would give me a full refund and send the horns to me. None of which has happened and she has stopped replying to any form of contact, email, etsy, facebook, tumblr etc. People are threatening legal action, which you may have to consider to get your money back.
I trusted her, tried to support her and then even defend her and I feel so universally dissapointed and let down by her. Thought you and any others looking on here might like to know and have an update on the situation. I hope that one day, not too far from now I can comment again with better news, but for now... things look grim x
