i was, and then i saw this and from other reviews i read the say its like a cheap wacom. and the price too, i think its definately worth it.
just copy the address in your adress bar (where you type in a web adress) and paste it and some how it knows its a link

i think when click on the emoticon next to the comment page it show up, otherwise if you know the code you just type it
