A bunch of colleges around my area have colorguard. I actually know an instructor from JMU because he's our instructor for winter guard. Our guard instructor for fall guard is in Impact so she knows pretty much every guard on the east coast so if we ever wanted to go to a college with a guard, she would hook us up with some inside help.

Yeah, but that's only if I decide to stay in my state. I like the east coast, but I'm more of a southern/ west coast girl. It's way too expensive where I live too. I still have a few years to decide what I want to do.

Hey! It's been forever! How's your school been so far? Today was the first day of school. Yesterday was my birthday so I'm happy. Except for the fact that color guard is falling apart because we're so far behind the band, everything is good.

School for me started last Monday. You can really tell that it's new. There aren't too many students yet. They play music in the hallway between classes because there are so few students, sometimes you can't tell if you're late. I joined the Anime Club in hopes of gaining friends. HAHAHAHAHA! I have to get it stuck in your head SOMEHOW! xD Anyways, I had a great birthday. I got Super Smash Bros Brawl and Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I don't know if you heard, but over the summer, an olympic gymnast from Mexico actually used this [link] sound track to her performance.
Today was only our second day of school. I really don't like my PE class. I'm with the oldest bunch of sophmores and they're the worst to be in class with. I want to change it, but whatever.
It sounds like you'll get along just fine in your new school of knights. I'm sure the reason there aren't a lot of you is because they can't just let ANYONE train to be a knight. I bet in the first week when you did "icebreakers" to "get to know each other" they were actually screening you to see if you were worthy of knight-hood! Which is also why the sports have started! They want either athletic knights or mages, I'm sure!

Wait, seriously? Zelda! That's so awesome!!! I can't believe I missed that. Twilight Princess is fun. I have it for wii but I keep getting stuck at the volcano... There were actually random teachers going up to me and talking to me about how I liked the school! They seemed to make it a point to remember my name... Suspicious... Yeah, I'm still playing Skyward Sword. I want to finish it before I want to play Twilight Princess. I just finished getting the second flame and need the last flame to finally be powerful enough to save Zelda. Once I play Smash Bros, I'll definitely tell you. I see. They are definitely keeping you as an applicant to become a mage. Meh, I'm probably gonna ask to switch to Mr. Turner's class. Grace is in that class and a few other people. ;A; I wish they had put me in that class in the first place. Awww, I'm taking AP Government and I feel like I'm going to die. I'm so bad at understanding it. You would still have to take World History 1 anyways. There are a few freshmen that I know that are okay. Most of them are really annoying. I only have Japanese and a lunch with Julia, I'm so sad! ;;;A;;; I wish we had all of our classes together like last year. At least I see her during Color Guard too. I don't have any classes with Dean though. I'm a little glad since we decided to stop dating about a month ago, but now it feels like he's just avoiding me. Julia said Danny did the same thing to her so maybe it's just a guy thing, but still.

I'm sure things will be fine with Julia. You could meet in the hallways and stuff. Speaking of, I just watched the Lorax again today. Please tell Julia that I haven't forgotten to give her the Once-ler drawing and that I just need to scan it XD. Chemistry is MY hard subject... I feel as if my brain doesn't work in that class. *sigh* I need to try harder. Hehe, one week in and I'm already pulling all-nighters for homework... I stayed up till 2 last night on a project. Pretty much, but I'm fine with it. If he wants to talk again, I'll let him, but I doubt I'd get back together with him. I think you're right though, that he just feels awkward seeing me. And it's fine with Julia because it sounds like she's going to do Winter Guard too. I still see Julia everyday, but not as long much as last year. And I'll definitely tell everyone you said hi and such. My left thumb has been jammed for the past week because of my rifle so it sucks whenever I accidently hit it. I feel like the same will happen to me. Especially because all of my brain capacity for the day will have been used in AP Gov the period before. oAo! All-nighters? No way! I'd die if I did that. I've never done that, but we'll see what happens along the way. That's awesome that your school starts at 9:00. You don't have to get up at 5:30 every morning like I do. We had tag day for the band today even though there was a tornado warning and a down pour just as we were wrapping up. I had to finish my homework tonight so I could go to King's Dominion with Katherine tomorrow. Apparently a company rented out the park and she's taking me with her! It's going to be awesome! You know my giant ring that looks like armor? IT BROKE! ;;;A;;; I was so sad when I figured it out, but Nici from Color Guard said she would get me a similar looking one from Ren Fest tomorrow since she forgot to get me a B-day present. Anyways, super busy first week of school is busy. Sorry this thing is so long, but it's because I actually have a life now. xD But Guard and school has taken most of it.

Have fun at King's Dominion! I'm sorry to hear about your thumb. At least it's the left one, right? You're ring of powah! Yeah, the rain earlier was really freaky. I was cleaning my chinchilla's cage (he's so cute!~) when I went outside to plug in the vacuum. I heard rain so I went downstairs. Then BAM! Loud noise from outside. Being the adventurer I am, I rushed out in my pajamas only to be greeted by a very heavy grill on it's side. In the end, mom came home, the grill was put inside, and I took a looong shower to wash away the grease. Funny thing about tag day. Apparently, it's mandatory to get an A. I didn't know that. I didn't even know there WAS a tag day. I still got an A. :3

King's Dominion was amazing! But Nici forgot about the ring. ;3; oh well. I'm thinking of just buying online. Wow, really? We got rained on pretty badly, but only a few minutes. Being covered in grease sounds gross though. Oh! I got the best English teacher in the world! She's a gamer and she's always looking deeper into things meanings! She acts like a teenager most of the time and I love her! I think you would too. Her name is Mrs. Eterno, but she doesn't always answer to that because she recently got married and is still used to Ms. Wilbur. I think it's mandatory unless you have an excuse for the entire day. If you have to leave for something during the day, they'll give you a shift to work around it. We had our first home game yesterday. It was against Stonewall so we lost 6 to 63 or something like that. The band was just as bad and guard didn't even know all the work. Other than that it was okay. Oh! You know Grace, right? The flute player? She's thinking of doing Winter Guard and we have PE together! And not just the same period, but the same class! It's awesome! And I have a bunch of classes with Katherine and Hazel and we're super Pegasisters together! We were originally going to be the cutie mark crusaders, but then we decided to put ourselves to each pony. I'm Rarity. Hazel is Rainbow Dash. Katherine is Princess Cadence. Julia is Fluttershy. Angelique is Pinkie Pie. Heather is Zecora. Amy is Twilight Sparkle. We just need the Apple family, the cakes, Dr. Hooves, Derpy, the Cutie Mark crusaders, and a couple other ponies. Which pony would you and grace be?

You're welcome for the llama. I can't believe you'll be 15. I gave Grace 15 pokes in her sides and one more for good luck for her birthday. Plus, I ran up to her and sang happy birthday like they do at restaurants. We all had Bands of America yesterday and we somehow made it to finals which meant staying longer, no extra rehearsals, and seeing old friends from James Madison. I saw all of my friends from winter guard. I was so happy! Even though I was half dead from general aching all over my head and neck. Not only was it super cold and had us all freezing, but as soon as we're about to head to the field for our final performance, it starts pouring. Our flags get totally drenched and it was so bad, one girl from another band got hypothermia. We did great despite the setback though. AND I CAUGHT MY TRIPLE!!!! I was so happy. You have no idea how happy it made me to be able to catch a triple. Grace, Julia, and I had a lot of fun. Even through the cold rain and sickness. That's good. I recently got Smash Bros! As well as twilight princess. I knew about Zelda and liked hearing about it as a kid, but I never got to play it until I bought skyward sword. OTL I feel so bad when I say that, but I'm making up for it now! And psh, you're not too young for "good" videogames. I happen to LOVE the Pajama Sam line of games as well as Freddie Fish and PuttPutt. They're amazing games and they were made for 5-year-old's so I don't know what she's talking about. We'll see how the scheduling goes, but I'd love to make it to your birthday party.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I remember having to dance in the rain... It was horrible. We were doing a Chinese paper fan dance in fourth grade. The dragon had to stand in the corridor of our open aired school, the fire crackers didn't go off, our cardboard, feathers, and crepe paper fans fell apart, our mascara was dripping, and our outfits were the kind that stuck to you when wet. Not to mention, half the routine was kneeling. I can't really believe I'll be fifteen either. It's a multiple of five, so that's good! And ARTEMIS FOWL turned fifteen in the 7th book. It's gonna be so weird when I'm not fourteen. Do you know that people still ask if I want a kids menu!?!? And half the school thinks I'm a freshy. Le sigh. I'd love for you to come to my birthday too. We will have plenty fun hanging out. I just need to get the time straight... Blargh. I had my first Anime Club meeting today. It was fun. We still need to decide on a name. Do you have any ideas? We were given Bleach bookmarks and japanese treats. And then we watched anime. :3 I'm glad I signed up.

Yeah, same here. I got stuck with some non-marching freshman that were really weird. Really? What is the name of your school? Maybe I've met seen them at a competition before. That's good that you had fun. Yeah, hives suck so I'm doing my best trying to ignore them. They're honestly everywhere from my feet to my head and they randomly pop up and fade away. Yesterday they were all over my arms and the day before was my back, neck and chin. Now it's my legs and face. I understand the whole "friends" thing. I still don't consider most of the people I talk to friends. Just friendly acquaintances. But Julia, you, and Grace are definitely my best friends. ^_^ And everyone on Guard is my extended family. I like the people at SL too! They're so friendly, but most of the freshman are really weird.
Also, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY~! Hope the following year makes you happy! I hope next week will be calmer for me too. School is so stressful and it's affecting my performance in guard. I don't know, but I think some of my teachers' enjoy giving us lots of homework. Ah, oh well. I'm actually really excited for my party. I still have to plan it! There are a lot of people I want to come cause I probably won't see them for a while. It was my cousin's 6th birthday, yesterday. There was this huge party with a bunch of relatives I wasn't really related to. Only the close ones knew it was partially my birthday too. It was actually kind of fun. It's too bad Halloween isn't during the weekend though. Marching band is fun! It's just a lot of work and takes up a lot of time. Aww, I'm glad you like them! Or liked for that matter. Sorry I took so long to reply. I've been so busy. Marching band is so much fun. You get an extra credit for it. If you do well, you can apply to another marching band in a college or university. I know guard is something I think about before thinking about what college to pick. I'm really bad with the cold too, but lately it hasn't been so bad. Not like my first year where we were freezing not long after summer ended. Yeah, I've been wearing a lot of long sleeves lately even though I don't have a lot of long sleeve shirts.
