Yeah, she is a pretty cool character, fairly unique history, very human despite her reputation in the universe. I also carefully tune out when she was listed as a bad guy.

When it comes to fighting Batgirl is way better than Batman, however she lacks his science and technical skills, and she isn't as good at being a detective, although recently she has been getting a lot better at it.

that's what i've read/heard. i honestly haven't read a whole lot about batgirl, but what i do know is that she is a one of the world's best martial artists.

Not "one of", "is". She can defeat most metahumans (individuals with super powers) with her bare hands, the few exceptions to this are typically Justice League grade, generally speaking, demigods and the like.

Right now I kind of pity her, as her newly adoptive father disappeared, supposedly dead, and now his father is taking off to go fight a war, which leaves her in Wayne manor all by her lonesome. I just hope she has a decent buisiness senseso she can actually keep the company secure until one of them get back, as she is the heir to the Wayne throne.

It sounds interesting, but a lot of it isn't, right now the comic industry has gone to hell, the plot lines are crap, there is so much character derailment that I'm not entirely sure who some of those characters are anymore. Some stories try but you have to shift through piles of crap to get to it and sometimes it's just not worth it. Look up how Batman "died" and you will be very displeased.

Quality writing, although I'm fairly well convinced that the current lack of quality in comics is due to meddling from above, I know for a fact that Joe Quesada has made most of the crappy decisions for Marvel (note that Spiderman is no longer married to Mary Jane) and a character acting not being derailed is a major accomplishment in Marvel, unless that character's name is Deadpool, and that's only because the writers refuse to listen to any of the decisions that come from above, although they aren't entirely opposed to using the big crossover of the week to have Deadpool fight someone. I have no idea what is driving the current shittyness in DC though.

Nope, I'm too critical of myself to write or draw, well I could draw some day, but as it stands I lack talent. Were I to take a job related to the comic industry I would probably advise on stories, and I would probably make a good editor. Some of my friends use me in these aspects. I should start charging my acquaintances when they ask me for such help....

Frankly the simplest solution is to get an editor with good judgment and who actually would read the damned books, as right now there is no one doing quality control and that is a whole company effort not the job of one man, or even a group (unless that group is the company). Now we would get in to what I would do in such a situation were I the boss, let's start by resetting the Marvel universe to the Year 2005. Maybe even earlier, I would have to converse with my friends on this.

Perhaps, and I do know someone who is in the industry, but he is on the periphery, basically a low-tier artist who really wants to write stories so he usually hits me up for information pertaining to the comic in question, and I usually will help him, but really all I'm doing is shooting his ideas down. Ugh... were I actually involved in this I would not look forward to the sheer volume of work I would have at first.
