Hey, I was wondering if you had any aluminium rings you could give me for that bracelet I wanted to make my bf. I could pay you back later if you want, but looking at all the size options and such it's kinda making me reel. I want to make a 6-in-1 as I said, but I'm not sure about gauge and size... I read in G-Go's Journal Entry attempting to destroy my reputation and career, and I wanted to tell a few things he deliberately omitted.
I worked for District 279 for 16 years with no problems until my doctor prescribed me Adderall, an amphetamine, with the hope it would treat my otherwise untreatable depression, a side-effect of my autism. Instead, it magnified my obsessions and made me erratic. It also made me angry and prompted many angry responses from me on this site, especially to comments of a religious nature.
G-Go, a very devout Christian, has admitted that he thinks my militant atheism is "a disease," as he states in one of his comments, and that is, I believe, the main reason he attacked me so vehemently. He also seems to have little belief that autism can be a crippling disorder.
I was on Adderall for six months, and I finally ended up in the psych ward, and fired, and the doctors in the hospital thought it was a very bad choice of treatment, saying that I was essentially "cruising on speed" for six months. This, out of sixteen years, was the extent of my excessive behavior. Had I behaved like this normally, I would not have remained in the district for 16 years, nor have been as popular a sub as I was.
Now, without the Adderall, I am without the erratic, obsessive behavior. I am also without the job and because of G-Go's slurs, I have no possibility of a career in education.

I also deleted many posts that I realized, once I was off Adderall, were data-privacy violations (including names and schools of students).
I have since been fired and have nothing to gain by posting this. As a person whose reputation has been so violated, I wanted you to be able to see my side also.

He was not fired for threatening staff and student. My principle told me why so don't even try to argue.
You basically started this whole thing by your self. Yes, you had the right to say " hey i think there might be something up with this guy" not say "This guy is a pedophile".

I never called Baker a pedophile. I called him potentially dangerous and a predator. Let's see, what did Bob do? Oh yeah, he threatened school district staff AND THEIR CHILDREN,then he ADMITTED TO COPS HE WANTED TO BLOW UP BUILDINGS, YOU UNBELIEVABLY IDIOTIC LITTLE CHILD! Sound potentially dangerous enough to you?
No, don't bother answering. You are so pathetically devoted to an INSANE EVIL PERSON that you're going to accept absolutely everything he ever told you, despite the fact he was heavily medicated when he told you these things, in addition to being suicidal, self-destructive, and drinking booze like it was about to be banned.
By all means, please believe the crazy, drugged up, boozed out whack job who made threats against children over the sober, responsible adult who helped bring out the truth about Bob Baker. because, you know, he drew you a pretty picture.
There is nothing to argue about here. Your principle gave you a standard answer because they don't tell children the real reasons why psycho nutjobs like Bob Baker get fired. The man had a restraining order put out on him and got arrested because he - again - HE ADMITTED TO COPS HE WANTED TO BLOW UP BUILDINGS!

The ONLY person who ruined Bob's life was Bob. Now he's going to be locked away where he can't hurt anyone.

Get help. Stop being so mind-numbingly stupid, and stop being such a pathetic emotional sucker to every guy who gives you a compliment and draws you a picture. At your rate of stupidity I would not be surprised if you wind up pregnant before you graduate. It'll just take a guy with a sad story and a dark nature he prefers to hide.
The adults know better than you, sweetheart. We know Bob far better than you will possibly ever be willing to accept. That's your problem, not mine. The adults made the right decision, and no one else will be threatened any more.

i don't know why you've been so kind and selfless, defending me as if it were someone in your family. i looked at that "monster among us" post as started crying. then when i read that there were many posts agreeing (though more disagreeing), i felt like i were trash, ashamed, unable to explain. there were even two or three, all girls i think, who said that while they liked me as a sub, they now felt that i was somehow dangerous or something. i cried more, drank, and felt as if my life had been a giant waste. i am still saddened. when you're at school, if i'm ever mentioned still, do they say good things? please be honest. or have they forgotten me. or are some people turning on me? who knew that your entire world could crumble under your feet in a day?

I'm that way to everyone. I've been through hard stuff in my life, and learned that people helped me the most and knew i had to do it for others. People at school say that they miss you and that you were an amazing sub, but there will always be those who don't agree. mostly because they don't understand. no one knows that life can fall apart in the blink of an eye until it happens to them.

Thanks for all the help. To avoid confusion about why I was fired, would you add this on the petition page? I think it would really be helpful:
I made many angry comments on a small artists' site called deviantart and I drew cartoons and portraits for a few students which were entirely innocent in content but obsessive in scope and which the district felt was crossing boundaries. But I was prescribed Adderall by my doctor which made me angry and obsessive as side effects. Here is the note from my doctor which explains everything, and which was given no credence by Rich Melvin:

Rich Melvin considered only the results but not the causes. After a thing like this, one is blacklisted from teaching. The police even gave me a trespass notice that says I will be arrested if I ever go on school property, which I wouldn't. So while the students treat me as a hero, the schools treat me as a criminal.

I was hoping to have the opportunity to be able to thank you SO MUCH for such an AMAZING and TOUCHING act of kindness and tribute to my husband Bob Baker!!!!! As a teacher myself, I always think about what certain exceptional students will end up doing or being in their adult lives. Clearly you have strong motivational and leadership skills!!!! What a moving feat you began on Facebook!!!! The last time I looked, I think there were over 800 students ready to sign the petition!!!! Please know that Bob has appreciated hearing how many students are rallying for him, as well as encouraged by the very personal posts some of the students wrote to and about him. It has REALLY helped us both during this difficult time. Please feel free to bring the petition to school. It can only do good, and without knowing where the district or Rich Melvin is at regarding Bob's future, we need all the positives we can get!
