I'm James, a Brighton based blacksmith. I have worked on several pieces in the past I am immensely pleased with but did not have the opportunity to photograph them so now I'm collecting all my images and putting a few up here.

hi james lost your message so could not reply! no have not done the lion yet, but i would like to at some point.... had the workshop broken into today :( (Sad) which was a right bummer, took a plasma cutter (which was a luxury item..) and a couple of grinders, but obviously on foot so will come back i expect - spent all day making the doors lockable again, and i am worried they will come and get welder... :0 so thats me today - love your railing panel- whats the rest look like?

Oh no! thats not so cool >.< you hoping the police will get them back or are you insured?
I can nearly guarantee it will have been someone that has come in fairly recently... I suppose the problem is once they are in, there's nothing to stop them breaking out with a load of things :/ lets hope they dont eh!
The other panels are essentially the same, but they've been made to the same drawing so it'd be hard to tell them apart I guess, the gate is the same kind of design too, should be fitting them next thurs so I'll try to get some more pics :) (Smile) my phone was messing around the other day so of all the pics I got, I'm lucky I got to upload that one lol.

hi james - not insured so thats the end of that unfortunately - police DID come out but (which surprised me - we are always getting trouble at the farm) but not much they can do. look forward to more pics of the work being fitted... am off to devon for tool making course at the bsmith's guild next weekend, should be nice :) (Smile)
