It's a badge showing your Llama-ness! You can give them to people you think deserve some fluffiness on their life Look at the top right of your profile, there should be a tiny Llama up there!

On a persons profile, top right, their is an option ''Give'' click that, and one of the options is ''Give A Llama badge'' It's free and shows your appreciation to people art
