dan paladin was my favorite artist of all time when i started doing digital art. these days i manage to avoid ripping him off TOO much, but i guess you can still see the influence :3

Hey ya' know what!
YOU HAVE TO DRAW DOCTOR HOUSE, FROM THAT TV SHOW HOUSE.
Even if you haven't seen it, I can imagine that you'd have a lot of fun drawing his face. Seeing it has all the wrinkles and stuff.

Flash is expensive, it's like $700 full price. However, with a student discount it's only 250, more information on that here ---> [link]

700! holy F*** thats crazy! Oh well even with the student discount I wouldnt even be albe to get it! I'll find a different digital art program that alot cheaper! (well if there is one out there )

Flash is mostly a animation/interactivity program to begin with, it's not really designed for complex artwork. Photoshop is your best bet, but because it's also made by Adobe it's also ridiculously expensive.

I know I was thinking about Photoshop but due to the fact im still like young I dought my Parnets will spend like 200 or 500 dollors on anything I want.
But oh well I'll just draw traditionally for now.

JunkyCow In reply to ChopStick-Skeleton [2009-04-17 01:48:37 +0000 UTC]
might be more beneficial to you to keep drawing traditionally for a while--digital drawing can become a crutch and I'm afraid that's happening to me
