hello well any manipulation because i try to do any kind of manipulation and there's no tutorial for it

.. Hi Juli13 .... I came across you asking about opening .rar files .. you need something like:

"IZArc" to open .rar files, it is the Software I use [it's Freeware] there are many available for you to download from the Internet. Have a look at:

.. I hope this Information is helpful to you, try and 'Google' '.rar file' and I'm sure there will be many Sites for you to check out. You may find something other than 'IZArc' to your liking, it's ONLY a suggestion.
