I had Pokemon Y and a 3ds and I played the hell out of it but money ran short and I had to sell it for gas oney to get to work, just for them to fire me a week later... NEVER SHOPPING AT WALMART AGAIN!!!

I suggest it, it's so amazing. But before you go brush up on the customs, if someone offers you something it's extremely rude to refuse, don't extend your hands to people, bow instead, don't use your electronics in public, and talk quietly :3 those are a few things but there's more, it's quite different than most other countries

Also if you don't know much Japanese, stay in big towns like Kyoto and Tokyo, they keep those places tourist friendly, but if you do know Japanese, I strongly suggest looking at more rural areas, they're extremely beautiful, so much different than what you see in a picture.

I know minimal Japanese.. but, one thing I'd really like to see is an actually Japanese Cherry Blossom in person rather than just a picture

They're nice, if you ever go to Japan make it a point to see them, they're so much healthier and sweeter smelling in Japan than any of than when they grow in other countries. I've still got a few pedals from one stored in a book somewhere.
