Hey, hope you don't mind the occasional question about your OC's ^_^ So Dark Strider confuses me a little. I understand that my OC's cannot perceive him with any of the five senses and then I understand he makes him hallucinate until they are so afraid he can eat their souls. But how does that transition. Do they know it's Dark Strider that's causing the hallucinations or is it like all of the sudden they get really scared for seen no reason and start seeing crazy stuff? I'm sorry if this was addressed in the reference sheet, I may not have caught it. Long question is long -_-

they can't perceive him with the 5 sense because he doesn't exist in the physical world. Hes like a ghost that exists in the mind, so when they "see" him, they only see the projection he created in their minds. In other words, Dark Strider himself is a hallucination.
Also the only way he can cause people to start hallucinating is if they begin to succumb to despair, or are mentally fragile, deranged, or mentally unhealthy, like having psychosis or schizophrenia.
Depending on his tactics, Dark Strider may or may not reveal that he is causing the hallucinations. More often than not, DS would go on to claim that he has the means to end the hallucinations.
Dark Strider can only consume his victim's souls if they had admitted defeat in their heart.
