# About me

I have been shooting photographs for about 10 years now, and I'm currently mid-way through the 3rd year of my photography degree.
My preference is generally for film over digital, and I love making my own prints in the darkroom.
I'm influenced by a wide variety of genres and mediums and people, from Robert Frank to Andy Summers to Mondrian via Miles Davis.

Thanks ... well, i'm in a couple of bands at the moment ...

A straight ahead covers band playing drums, a very experimental group called EnsemBell (think Adrian Belew era King Crimson with the sensibilities of just throwing around percussion and my latest trick of kicking my heavily delayed guitar across the floor), and more recently "Duet" with my girlfriend, which can be found here [link]

Well, I met a great girl back in november (as you can probably tell by all the pictures of her i've posted ) who i'm very happy with, and strangely enough, the very same day I met her I got a nice Olympus OM-10 (as you can probably tell by all the pictures of her i've posted :D (Big Grin) ) so i'm now a film guy rather than a digital guy :) (Smile)

life for me has been pretty good. i just finished my first year of college and everything went pretty swell i think and now i am just working again to get some money saved up because i have like negative money haha
