You know, I've eaten jellyfish before. They're pretty good. The cooked ones are yummy, but the dry ones are kind of chewy.
Maybe one day someone will cook a jellyfish pie.

Try going to a Chinese restaurant. Don't go to a take out place because they won't have it. If you can find an authentic Chinese restaurant, they'll probably have it.
It probably tastes better than moon cake. Moon cake is so gross!
