Oh Hi...she is doing her last year and is so happy there but lives pretty far from campus ! She just had her tonsils taken out in Burlington and then when we arrived in Orlando she had a bleeding in the middle of the night and we had to go to emergency room and she had to be put under again and they had to cauterize her...twice under general anesthesia poor thing...she had a hard time and lost one week of school...but she is ok now...

The worst is yet to come unfortunately. I'm suspecting another 2-3 weeks before I really know what kind of face to show her.

Well, as difficult as this may be; try to anticipate the worst, but plan for the best. Keep positive and remember that no matter what happens -- it is meant to be. It may not feel that way at the time, but who knows what the future brings.

Yeah, I'm already prepared for the worst. I'm having a hard time of accepting it though. I'm mostly unsure of whether I can handle it or not. My last year of college just started. I'm working, doing research for my honors thesis, and trying to keep things together without people figuring it out. Plus, the person is my best friend, so I have to talk to her without making things worse and I just make it worse.
