hi Jax,
yep.. I feel the lhamas .. well suck. Strange people you don't know give you lhamas in hope of getting some back as you get "better" ones the more you have. Not really the "idea" of being in here - it should be about the art - the lhamas are more something you'd expect from facebook

Hi Jaxilon!
The mysterious lamas! Strange indeed!
Good to see you here.

Thanks, I'm almost totally lost in here. What the heck is a lama for?

Do you put the DA watermark on your stuff or no? I figure at this point of my...hehe, ahem.."career", it probably doesn't matter much.

And is this message private or open to the universe? Haha, yeah I'm with the program.

Open to the universe

The llamas are a mystery to me too. But apparently the more you give the better they get? I've no idea....

I don't use the dA watermark - but I also don't upload full res images. I downsize them by around 30% to make sure that they appear on the screen at around the intended resolution in print. But if people want the full res image - then they need to go and buy whichever product it was created for.

The groups are a new thing and seem to be a good way of finding good content that's relevant. Also, the search stuff is pretty powerful. I find dA to be useful if I want to be surprised by something new, rather than for finding the exact image I'm after.
