# About me
Hi, my name is Jamie.I have been working with different media and studying a variety of arts since i could pick up a pencil/pen/paintbrush.
Throughout the years i have always known that art was something i was always going to pursue and that was the type of career i wanted to work towards and break in to.
I started off copy lots of comic books and video games characters when i was in primary/junior school, which then turned into my own creations and learning more about anatomy and the general nitty gritty of art through senior school, through to A-level Fine Art at college and beyond.
Once i left college i became a tattoo apprentice for just under two years, and that was something i learnt the core basics of very quickly. It was great fun, but was incredibly hard to earn much money from in my situation, so a mixture of that and various other events pushed me away from it and straight onto the next thing.
That brings me to the end of 2010 and into the current day with what i am doing now. I am currently a Train2Game student on the Art and Animation course [JamieRIOT], where i am learning 3D modelling tools such as 3ds Max, Mudbox and Maya. I'm really enjoying it and this is what i am going to stick at now and pursue, as it has been something i wanted to do since being a teenager, i just never believed i could possibly learn it.
So, as of late having been learning 3D medium and getting completely wrapped up in the pretty heavy learning load, i have been neglecting the old pencils, paints and paper etc. I am going to make it my goal to clear room for at least a few hours a week from now on and dedicate them to doing some 2d art and start learning digital painting, which is something i have always admired and wanted to learn.
This will be my page for showcasing some drawings, the progress of my digital paintings and maybe some 3D models to. So, thanks for visiting and reading through this pretty long ramble and taking the time to look at any of the work i post up, i appreciate your time.

I have just set up my DeviantART account, which i will be drip-feeding with bits of decent work i produce in the coming weeks, months and maybe even years.
I have taken my sweet time actually making an account, as this is something i found out about like 7 years ago and never did get round to becoming a member.
At least i have changed that now, so keep your eyes peeled for new work and i hope you will like it.
