Oh, that's interesting. I'm not very familiar with the naming system in Indonesia, because if I read correctly some people lack last names. And your great grandfathers last name sure is a mouthful, and also different because,in Suriname a few families have the prefix Pawiro- but the suffix tends to be a wide variety.

Noooo. My parents can speak one of the dialects but I was raised speaking dutch and english. In Suriname, my parents generation speaks Javanese, but my generation, it depends on the various different families. It's a shame, I wish I was taught how to speak it.
