omg heeeey Bibou !! I had soo much to do i couldn't reply ur sweet messages T-T sobsobsob
I had biiiiig exams (and i'm gonna have the result the 7th) and i went to the beaaach and it was a lot of fun but i had to come back 2 days earlier because of a one day traineeship in a pastry shop but i failed *sigh* (because of the too much ppl and certainly because he choosed already the one)

How were your exams?! It must be so nice to have them over with so that you can enjoy your summer. The beach sounds amazing! Here where I live in Lithuania, you have to drive four hours to get to the beach and I really miss it ;n; but I'm crazy happy because on sunday my family and I are leaving for a last big family vacation! (my older brother just graduated uni, and we probably won't be able to meet up as a whole family for a big vacation again because he'll be busy with work) We're going to California!! So yeah, I'll finally get to visit my long-awaited beach <333 I'm hoping to finally get a tan hehe, because I'm pale as a vampire and I don't like it. ;n; 
Ohh what was it like in the pastry shop? I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get in, that really sucks! But it must still have been an interesting experience, right? ^^ I love to bake and I dream of one day going to France for a pastry making course haha!

Haha as pale as a butt, that's definitely me ;u; 
making macarons is so much fun! I've only done it once but I loved it
they turned out a bit too sweet for me ehe but I fed them to others
and I had fun combining different flavours, like chocolate macarons with raspberry filling
and vanilla macarons (or something, forgot) with nutella :> 
but you must've learned a bunch of cool french chef secrets hehe 
when I went to france earlier this year I finally had the chance to taste laduree macarons! 
they were sooo good, I was really impressed ^^

ikr there is so much possibilities but in the pastry shop were ive been they made it in an industrial way
I mean no much variety, the patissier just done what they had to do, they didn't had the spirit of let's create some yummy stuff : /
for exemple one day i heard them talking about that woman that called them and commissioned a cake with a balooning on it and it was such a scancal like " it takes time " etc etc etc and i was kinda surprised because i think it's really interesting and fun to work on and to answer to such a request!
I can't wait to open my own café ; i will recruit only girl and we will work only in pretty dresses, i will set meeting in order to think about cute new sweets...

macarons are really fun and not so hard to bake riiight?? ^u^
hehehe    it's so nice to hear that you enjoyed french pastry!
