Great! I'm still trying to figure out the details however, I'll keep you updated. Apparently there was a person previously who had planned to host it, but recently took down the tumblr page about it, so the Hetalia Day website is going to get back to me. She may have backed out. If that is the case, my girlfriend and I will take over as hosts.

We don't know how many people would be interested in going, so if you know some people to invite getting the word out would be awesome. We are either going to have it in Japantown or Golden Gate Park. Do you have Facebook?

Sweet! I'll add ya! I will also invite you to the event as soon as everything's all figured out.

Also, would you rather the event be held at Golden Gate Park, or Japantown? We feel like the park would be a bit more secluded, better for photos, and we'd be less disruptive on people's day. However it would have to be a potluck since there aren't many food options. J-town is cool too, there's a few restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and such BUT it's less private and has less space. Just wanting to get some input from attendees!

Either seems like an ideal spot. I've been to the park a lot more lately, and I prefer it to Japan town, when it comes to huge groups and what not. There's a few vendors that at there, so food won't be too much of a problem.
