Hey- After too long of neglecting my Deviant Art, and not finishing things, I have decided to start fresh. Its time to stop living with my old work, and start again, like I mean it. i recently got to see satriani myself, with a back stage pass. i redid the melting face drawing, made it a bit neater and smoother, (i think) improved the glasses, and this one doesnt have coke spilt on it lol. but he remembered seeing it, and seemed pretty impressed, called his other ppl over to come look at it, and signed that and a print of the digital one i did. then the concert was amazing! but i havnt heard of jason becker - ill deffo check him out later!

great pictures and art about music. The other one's are a little bit like 'black romance is hip' but not bad at all.
Try the living side: death comes automatical. Why wasting time with it?
Making music, listening to music, women, hard drinks and cigarettes are much more funnier.
Death is part of life (but only part and there it is a very small part...).

hey, thanks for your comments. i agree, most of the er 'black romance' was done a while ago, i wasnt very happy in Leeds, which is mainly y i left the uni there. but much happier now :> it wasnt so much obsessing about death - the skeleton + rose stuff were from my A level, and it was just from looking at flowers and then the skulls from biology for the natural forms project, and then told to combine them. but then when i started dA i had been working on the story for my digital skills, which isnt all on here, dont know how much of the story is, but it got more and more depressing the more i worked on it, took things and exaggerated them. maybe i should change some of the descriptions, but i dont know. but htanks again :>

hey, i advised some1 to look at andy gray, because their work was similar... but i realised that his name is Alex Gray, not andy. Hes the artist that did the album art for the band Tool. I tried looking for the post to make a correction, but i couldnt find it, so hope u read this some time. sorry bout that..

You have a nice gallery - outside of your clinical work (eg the guitars) you have a good eye for capturing the soul of people within expression. Admittedly, they are focused on sadness, but in lonely times - such expressions are always evident. Nice work, I like it!
