A wool corset? Well, I look forward to seeing that ^_^ I know what you mean, I'm being held up by the problems surrounding politics in Valoan, Lucy and I are quite fed up with it. We want action lol Granted, it doesn't help that I've got a good four to seventy other plotlines going on.

Uh. I'm doin okay. The fall colors are kicking in, but I don't think they're as bright as they should be lol

We'll post pictures as soon as we get them - Sam's got all three corsets now, and she's calling a friend to get a photo shoot together asap. You'll laugh when you see them and I already have to make another Van Gogh corset. The WWII corset is going to be interesting to say the least - the jacket I'm disassembling is incredibly well made, and I'm falling in love with the fabric I'm using for the corset - it's soft and a beautiful color. I'll have to whip up a lining for the bolero because there are shoulder pads and heavy lining in the jacket that help keep its shape. Another challenge! Woot!

No fears here - I'm not going anywhere and we'll get it together eventually. Fall is looking mighty nice up here, and we're having one perfect day after another. It's quite glorious.

Oooh I had been wondering about that! How'd you get back? I'm in the process of reading "Age is Just a Numbah" and have been nursing the reactions of "OH NO!!!" and " Poor sector V"

I'm fair to middlin. Well, now anyway lol Fighting a painting--an actual painting not just photoshop coloring! Umm... Making slow headway in all stories, which we can thank a train ride to DC for. Which also reproved the fact that my elder sister and I only have dna threads in common.

I'm glad you're enjoying the story. I read a few posts about Sector V being decommissioned and my inner Dexter said, "Over my inert carcass!" No way could I let the idea slide by. If nothing else, it got me going full-bore on Operation: YOYO. That just needs the epilogue and it'll be done and I can move on to the Scooby Doo gang invading. Suddenly the Fusions won't seem so bad to Dexter.

I'm sewing waaaaay too much, but I have two commissions to make and then I can get on with the corsets and costumes and stuff I really feel like making.

It was so sweet ^_^ I've been trying to draw it, but my brain isn't cooperating at the moment. (Unfortunately my brain is at least remotely similar to Dexter's---it moves too fast for even the rest of me to keep up, which is why I'm the queen of "open mouth, insert foot") I'm glad your internal Dexter went with the "Oh hell no!" and, really, he would. Considering how many times he'd erased the KND operatives' minds when they came to recruit him anyway... lol I'm glad you're moving onto the Mystery Inc visit! I can't wait to hear what'll happen  

Well, honestly, you're good at it! You can definitely make that sort of thing a side career, really. All of the costume pieces I've seen of yours are beautiful! I've been trying to work on Lucy's story but it feels like I'm trying to push 150 lbs of wet clay across a poorly smoothed sidewalk. So I'm probably going to drop a few subplots soon just to get a move on lol That is after I get over this sick feeling... beginning to think dinner last night was made of bad choices.

Eh, halfway, I suppose. Graduated school about three months ago, now got a job and working away. dA is a sort of entertainment for me now, cleaned out 5,000+ messages today and trying to stay on top of everything although the only things I've posted is some art to show examples of how I color. Trying to get into writing projects with my free time off work and weekends.

How was your prince story coming along? The one with the girl who had discarded her dress to go save the prince?

Ah! My take on the Dancing Princesses It's still in figuring key elements out. Unfortunately figuring out the climactic part and even the finale is always easy for me. It's the first half that I have issues with lol
