I also want to create fun armies M&S was the first example of what I wanted to do for a flexible army. The Idols of the sun and moon I combined for just a single idol that can switch from sun to moon so armies can create a hybrid of the two guilds. I still have many ideas I do want to share with you all. I really wanted to talk with more of you but I would get either one or two people a day or two with only a comment. I contently check for replies. I really wanted to help the project.

Well I have now... I did want to make. Really I did see when I was making it iI got all more lore from His deviant art and didn't see to much of what was posted on the forum. I was devastated when he said he quit on the Deviant art so I wanted to continue where he would have left off. Im still confused if hes still going. Not to mention I was not trying to change the lore or making units. Take the Royal guard for example were the only real military in equestria before any of this happened. I was going to have them be a split faction between Stars,earthborn, stormwing and maybe their own rebel faction. I also thought they would give much of their training to help form the modern military of the houses( even whitegold). Each with something fun about them and some lore to show they were fit in. All in all I do want to do this but I do wish to have Pooryoricks blessings to allow me to create units in terms that can fit. And possiblely allow the rules I made to be used in tabletop. I don't want to get bogged down in a "this is mine no change!" I need room to interpret the lore as to me has to be mailable for a tabletop or RPG.

I wouldn't worry too much about him saying "This is mine, no change" so long as you state that it's a fan product and non-canon to the original. I've made a lot of drawings of Equestria Divided faction leader's with no clearance for Yorick, even comic's like mine and Lisboa's use designs that we thought up, but we have always stated it was fan made.

Besides, I think what Pooryorick wrote came off a bit harsher then what he intended. I doubt he wanted you to give up on the project, I think he just wanted a bit of clarification. I've been following him for a while now, on the forms and DeviantART, seen him respond to several people's comments and he's doesn't seem to consider peoples feelings when writing a comment. He wasn't trying to get you to quit, he was just being...very direct.

Really, you shouldn't be too worried about upsetting him. If your project REALLY upset him that much, then seeing things like my Derpy pic or Lisboa's comic would send him into a frothing rage. Seeing as I haven't gotten anything from him and I doubt Lisboa has, you should be in the clear. 

My opinion is, you should continue your project, make it clear that it's Fan made, and if Yorick has any questions or complaints, clear it up with him. He shouldn't have any issue with it so long as it's just a fan project. Like I said on the forms, your project was breathing a bit of life back, not just into the forms, but into the Equestria Divided fandom, and I'd hate to see something like that disappear when EqD desperately need projects like that. The only way EqD is gonna spread is through fan content such as your's and mine, as well as the occasional bit Yorick posts. I hope you continue your project, I know I'm not the only one who wants you to.

Well, if we're just counting the people who posted positive replies, at least eight. However, I have no idea how many people go on the form and don't post, so there could be a several more people interested in the project, but just never comment. 

But really, fan shouldn't matter too much at this point, considering how new your project is. If I were you, right now I'd just worry about fleshing out your project and making it the best it can be.

K. Im excited to say I have 4 images going and I have already drawn up the plans for Twilight(with spike as a mount oooo the fun), firebird, ursa, all the rest are just skeletons till I get armor designs. I also fleshed out what the other bearers might have.

All right I may have overreacted. Well at least this will allow me to rerelease as well as clear things up a bit. Hmmm perhaps I'll name name the forum post Equestira Divided Armies Fan Project. Ill put it up on friday with more units and such.
