Hey, how are you?
I just wanted to ask about that book you recommended to me ages ago, The Portrait of Dorian Gray--today I saw bits of the movie and it was pretty disturbing, kind of unnecessarily gory and stuff, I thought... is the book like that? Because I reckon the idea behind all the gore and stuff is an interesting one, but the movie doesn't really do it justice? So what's the book like?

The movie was SICK. Well, not really - but enough to get my parents' eyebrows raised at me. Did not expect what was in that film.
The book is good - yes, a little *cough* in parts, but it raises some curious points. Mainly in the first chapter.

Tell me about it! I only watched it to feast my eyes on Ben Barnes XD turns out there was too much of him to feast on hahaha... if you get my drift... I skipped those parts. Okay, I might read it; when you say *cough*, do you mean like, horror/supernatural, murder or x-rated stuff? Haha brilliant, there're heaps of chapters though.
Uhh these holidays I went to my stepsister's wedding and to the Coromandel for a couple days with my dad, but now I'm back in Auckland because I'm doing the second part of my Kidsline training

I was at the Coromandel about a week before school started, with my dad ο weather was crap though! I left right before the cyclone hit, which was good XD No I was just a regular guest XD kind of lonely actually, because my bro was at rock camp, so he wasnβt there.
