yup over 700 kids in japan suffered it after watching tht episode some kids under 3 years old so it was banned

type in pokemon banned episodes on youtube and look for one titled "Dennou Senshi Porygon (banned pokemon episode) part 1 of 2" and thts the one but part 2 is when they started the flashes its the japanese version. it woznt aired anywhere else.
