I have it is quite the sad replacement for Hunter and I did watch the show Histeria too! I did also agree with you as well as 1998 was the losing years of great kids cartoons and they were doing much to fix that. Now TV creators seem to think that all children are on acid. Lol...sort of?

For me, Fetch was no replacement. He was just a character who resembled Hunter. Besides, I'm not so sure many people remeber Histeria. I wouldn't be surprised since the show was pretty boring and had nothing much to offer. People in the buisness just don't care about what audiences consider good or enjoyable. And because of that, there's virtually little to no variety in TV or movies these days.
