lol Yep, you can. You go to that person's page and click "watch deviant" It's on the right side of the page up at the top where all that person's information is like how many pageviews they've had and stuff. When you watch somebody, dA will notify you of when they add new art and update their journal but you can change that but unchecking the little box. If you need any more help, let me know!
