. You'll find me in Nottingham I adore the beach and snow. Chinese food is to die for. Watching movies and a home cooked meal is my idea of a good night. I love photography. Both Film and Digital. I love animals. My weapon is my Nikon D90. I haven't been active in the past year, due to leaving college, moving house and starting a new job, I just haven't had the time to do anything! But hopefully thats going to change now.

I have a few questions! Does this recipe [link] turn out hard or soft? Also, would it be suitable to make millionaire shortbread? I've tried a few recipes for shortbread with my Boyfriend but we can never seem it get it just as he likes it.
I will favourite the Recipe after i've made it, don't worry

they are more soft and a little chewy than hard. i have never tried making millionaire shortbread but i have used it as a base for raspberry crumble bars before and i found it to be a little too soft and crumbly for a base.
I normally check out the bbc or bbcgoodfood for new recipes, you maybe able to find something suitable on there, i have found many great recipes there and also bbcgoodfood has a comments section under recipes which are really useful to read. i hope this helps
