I want you to try an exercise with me, next time you see something you don't like, just don't look at it anymore. don't stop to let it bother you and just think that in some way that person must be happy that they made it. then remember that the things you do not everyone will like, but you at the same time don't get a bunch of people hating you for it. spread the non hate, each person that hates someone makes another person who hates someone and so on and so forth until everyone is full of hate. just let it go.
