hi i was looking for some tutorials on how to do water with photoshop and came across yours

i also have a small question
i have photoshop elements 7 and was wondering if u knew if it had a certain feature
the one where you chose a point A and point B and a line appears connecting them then you can drag the line to the curved angle u desire
i hope i haven't confused u or bothered u with the question

The pen tool, with toggled settings of course. Look up tutorials on it, there are tons right here on DA.

wow nice comics :3. your really good, i been thinking about making comics too though i need a lot more practice. i have been out of drawing for years i just got back into it, taking classes to refresh stuff, teach said i was pretty fast learning. i find drawing hands to be difficult tho =/. anywho great job. *devwatch*

As for publishing, yes, I'm currently in contact with Del Rey Manga and Slave Labor publishing...trying to decide what to publish first and when to do it.
