Reff: she's a new oc, no pic yet, but I could make a quick reff C:

New Name: Flash Past princess
Hair: I would kinda like it in a high, side ponytail. With lightning yellow streaks~ thought its very long, a curly like hair with a bright silver color~
Top: You can use your creativity to create a lightning like outfit C:
Princess: Not very intresting, but Let's just call her "Flash princess" She has amnesia, but during thunderstorms, if you look at the thunder she can make, you remember something you have forgotten long ago when you need it~ ^.^
skin: she is kinda pale :3
eyes: a shocking bright electric golden (NOT yellow)

Name: Heather Burns
Sister: Flame Princess
Hair: Very short and diskish, and a deep maroon. But if you piss her off, her hair turns into a mohawk that's made out of dark fire~
Eyes: Deep maroon with dots of yellow
Outfit: Can you make it like a fire-like jacket, with white tanktop, showing off her stomach, with skinny black jeans, with matching fire desigsns.

skin: she pretty normal

top: a white turtle neck and fuzzy warmers around the tips of the hands, and the neck,
pants: white bootyshorts
shoes: black boots with the fuzzy stuff ^^
