I swept through your gallery quickly and I can say that you aren't very afraid to work with poses! They're mostly not that stiff, with some action conveyed nicely. On top of that, your shading is very deep and it gives for a nice, solid look.
Let's take a look at this picture of Cirno .
Look at that expression! It gets across her message of "don't mess with me, punk" easily, and it's only strengthened by her body: feet splayed, arms thrown out, back slightly hunched. The pose works with her attitude, she doesn't simply look like a ragdoll.
However, on that, I want to mention that you shaded the white parts of her dress with gray. Now that's not bad, but if you had used, say, blue, it would add more depth to it as well as complimenting the rest of her attire.
A lot of the dark shadows look as if you'd just taken the base color and darkened it (that is, adding black to the base color). Though it gets the point across, mixing and playing with color theory gives a new dimension to your work. That's to say, if you drew Cirno again, you could shade her skin with a more purple-like colour, or pink to set the mood. Here's an example of what I mean.
The anatomy you give your characters fits the style a lot, so I don't need to go into it much. It works well and looks good!
