Hi GerCasey,
I fell in love with your packaging design immediately. I'm a complete newbie on computer design and am very curious on how you completed those masterpieces: what program did you use? And did you draw directly onto the computer using a mouse? Or did you pencil draw it and scanned it onto the program? How did you mix all of those colors?!

hey
firstly thank u so much for taking an interest in my work! the programs i used to create the packaging designs were photoshop and illustrator. i mainly used photoshop using different blending modes for the colours, and also gradients. i used illustrator to create the symbols and other shapes.. firstly i drew them by pencil then scanned them into the computer and then went over them again in illustrator to get them nice and crisp.

Oh ya... its nearly the exact same isn't it? i'd say it was a lot harder to draw it using colour though? Still a v.good attempt.

Yeah it was hard... and it was even harder since the pastels were being dried out by the heat of the room so i couldnt smudge the colours to make it look even better...and thank you

i favorited your predator so that my boyfriend could see it. he loves that thing, and he did one very similar to it but in colour.
