I am a poet first, artist second, however I don't keep my poetry on DA because I haven't found that it has a mature poetry community.
It is the place of poets to cast shadows upon the stage of life. My shadows, my silhouettes, they are more vivid than most. My art is the poetry of the silhouetted.

Ah, I am a writer before I am an artist. I don't like to call myself either of those things...I like to keep it humble xD
But yeah...I have a lot of hope for my story and my poetry.
Well, I write poetry, but only to get things out. its like exercising or breathingβ¦I do it on a daily basis. Sadly, I can't stand it.

Someone once told me that you have to get 100 people to tell you that you're a poet before you can call yourself a poet, either that or you have to be announced at some sort of poetry event as "Poet [whatshisname]". I'm still working on it.

I guess I just kind of work in waves, either that or I tend to upload a weeks worth of stuff at a time.

iuno i just find it a lil annoying cuz i'm not gunna sit there and read so many things in one sitting. buh the thing with deviations is you should only upload your best work and when you look at the real famous ppl they're not constantly uploading, they work on something for a long time or they do lots of work and only upload their best...
